connecting up battery heater circuit

Today, while we are waiting for support so we can get the remainer of the items in and finish, the heating elements that we earlier attached to the battery cells and install the temperature control. Earlier we had installed the temp controller for the cooling exhaust system so we will be working off the same premise of its installation and more less discuss how we wired it up and show it works with a glass of ice water.
