Be Hyper Aware Of Human Bias

Take the time to understand yourself and your own limitations, and you'll understand others.

The willingness to change your belief system is a skill that most people are too afraid to develop.

But if you manage it, people will notice and want their own life decisions validated, and this can be very hard to deal with at times.

Take feedback from all sources but be logical and examine where that feedback came from, why they feel its justified, and how exactly do they benefit from that belief.

If there's no logic or utility? Smile, nod, and move on.
