Business Hours

So I'm filling it out as we're going, and I'm stuck at adding business hours. I want them to call for an appointment but it doesn't have that. It just says
open or closed. And then the open, it says provide a valid time. For example, 2:45 PM. I want them to call for an appointment.

So what I would do is put the range of time where you would accept an appointment. And then in your description, put in there, please call for an appointment. Because they don't have that as an option.

Okay. I'm under the impression from you that they're going to send me a postcard to validate my address.

They usually do. Yes.

Okay. They said it's going to take 5 days. Well, it's Hawaii, so it could take however long it's gonna take. My impression is the more information
that I make myself available validates the place that I'm a real business.
Right?

Yes. The more complete your profile is, the happier Google is. if that's what you're trying to say.

That's why you want to have hours like the hours I put in,
I think, is 9 AM because I don't take any appointments before 9AM.
And I either closed it at 3 or 4PM. because I don't want anything after that.
But again, I'm not a drop-in service. And so people always call for an appointment. And there should be a link in there further down, Katie, where you can put it if you're using an appointment calendar, you can put that link in there.

That's so funny because I put 9 to 4 before you gave me that suggestion.
So that tells me I'm on the right path.

Yeah. And then I have mine that says I'm closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday because, honestly, I'm closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then if someone visits your profile outside of your posted hours, it'll actually say Closed on your profile. where the hours are.

Oh, okay. So is your profile still visible?

Yes.

Okay. It's not like the business is closed. It just lets people know that they're not open. I believe it says Closed, Opening again at the next day at 9 AM for me.
