I almost rear ended the car in front of me

This is the second half of a video I already published. I'm publishing this individually for sharing purposes.
There was a fatality accident on I-10. Reports say that a man was laying on the highway and of course got ran over. TPD shut I-10 down just before the I-19 I-10 merge. I ALMOST rear ended the car in front of me.
