Hey, this is Josh dream body clinic. And today we're going to talk about heart health and statins. So, a lot of people out there are on statins from their doctors, and you know, what their, the idea is, is to help reduce cholesterol. But the science is starting to prove that that might not be the best thing you want to.
um, they're not explaining to you why they're doing this and what cholesterol really does, so let's get into it. So, with your heart, you know, the big fear is that your arteries are going to get clogged and that then cholesterol fats, different things are going to build up inside of there and create a plaque.
This does happen. It is dangerous, and it, it's not what you want because that plaque can build up and eventually, you know, limit blood flow through those arteries or blood vessel. Or it can even break off at times and, you know, cause different things like stroke. So, a high-risk thing. You want to make sure it doesn't happen, but is a statin the right way to do it because is cholesterol really the problem here?
It's not, it's a symptom and it's not what you should be going after. What we should be going after is heart health, artery health, vein health. Now what happens is the inside lining of the. The, um, veins or the arteries starts getting too smooth and that allows these plaques to build up. You don't want that.
So, in our opinion, what we've found is the best way to prevent that is Mesenchymal stem cells. They're going to get in there and they're going to regenerate that inner lining of that heart or artery. And. It won't allow that plaque buildup. So that's one way to go about it. That's a way to go about it. So, you're not having to stem medications because the other thing they don't talk about are the side effects of these medications.
