Hey, this is Josh dream body clinic. The video you're going to see here today is a patient that had an injury in her Achilles tendon. It's a nasty injury where if that goes too bad, the last thing you want is to completely snap an Achilles muscle up. Apparently, it is excruciatingly painful.
Fortunately, she didn't get that bad. She just had some minor damage, but, uh, it's been inhibiting how much that she can exercise, how much she can, like just day to day mobility.
