David Parker Ray

A sexual sadist is an extremely rare type of offender. Even rarer still was the fact that one was living in an extremely cut-off and poor part of New Mexico. Building a cult like atmosphere around himself, David Parker Ray managed to abduct and torture young women for years. He is responsible for roughly 20 murders, if not many more.
