LIVE: 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo Staying with San Francisco on Restructured Contract

The San Francisco 49ers have restructured QB Jimmy Garoppolo’s contract to keep him in San Francisco for the 2022 NFL Season according to NFL Insiders Adam Schefter & Ian Rapoport. Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network reports that Garoppolo’s restructured deal is for 1-year & $6.5 million. Tom Pelissero reports that Garoppolo will make “around $8.5 million” this season.
