Cancel any debt with just an offer to pay

In this video I show you the caselaw that shows that an offer to pay or a performance is all you need to do to discharge a debt. This case law dates back before the end of the gold clauses and gold coin as use in the monetary system. But this is still a valid caselaw and has never been overturned.
