About a mile south of the Mother Road, Route 66, is where this was filmed. A lake set on 66 in Oklahoma City features a paved road running the coastline for most of the circumference. A front was moving through, after two months of triple digits, so you may see a flash of lightning and some rain as well as rain shafts in the distance. This was an opportunity begging to be noticed as the sun set, dropping through the clouds.
