Is this the best Sheepshead recipe out there? It's definitely in the conversation! Absolutely the most tender fish because it is baked while encased in that delicious sauce! Caught this 15.5" Sheepshead at the St. Pete Pier and it was the PERFECT size for this recipe! Hope you all enjoy this one!
