What is the mark of the beast?

The mark of the beast is a really funny image. An animal is going around tattooing the whole world, and no one can avoid getting a mark or two from him.

However, like many things in Revelation, this image can't be taken literally, which makes us to wonder, "What is the mark of the beast?". Let's find out.
