Judge Throws Out Case Against Fortnite

Fortnite has long been incredible popular, and sued. Given Fortnite's dance emotes lawsuits came forth over whether or not they had breached copyright for some of their dance emotes. But despite losing other suits, yet another came forwards and has been dismissed by a judge. Epic wins again.
