This video demonstrate and explains on how to do Tadasana, Tada means Palm Tree and Asana is a Yoga Posture.Tadasana is a standing Asana in Yoga.
Benefits: It improves the flexibility of spine, improves body posture, improves body balance, strengthens calf muscles and also if done regularly reduces flat feet as well.
Disclaimer : One should practise Yoga, at morning until 8:30 A:M and if practised in evening then try doing after 5:00 P:M avoid doing Yoga during the daytime.
