Raiders cut 1 player expected to make final Raiders roster

Breaking Las Vegas Raiders news, as the team has cut Darius Phillips. Phillips was originally signed to a one-year contract in March, but was ultimately left off of the Raiders’ 53-man roster. The Raiders also cut safety Matthias Farley.
