Right to Sell

If I passed away, I'm curious would anybody have the right to sell my company -- on my behalf?

The guy you would ask is an attorney. I don't know that they'd have the right if their name is not on anything. They would most likely I don't know. Again, speak to an attorney. They could dissolve it, just close your bank accounts and everything. But it's hot it's, you know, the very functioning high-value company. And I would think from my venture capital days is somebody might be licking their chops to have Dotty's business if for nothing as a model of how to do things, from nothing to something.
