UPDATE MARCH 12 2021, Michael Allmain Port Townsend and his dog Moses of which the City of Port Townsend took (seemingly Civil matter) and with Moses held as Evidence the county is prosecuting for Neglect and Abuse (Criminal matter) via Melissa Pleimann Deputy Prosecuting Attorney

I have a couple of questions about the timing. Does the fourteen days begin on Friday, March 12?

And are these calendar days?

The above shows City Attorney Heidi Greenwood advising CVAR, in my opinion. And as for the 14 days, they distorted the law to set Michael Up. He tried to get his dog from DAY ONE, they lied and tried to act like Moses was abandoned. MOSES was NEVER Abandoned and they KNEW IT.

These Email Communication on March 15, 2021 Clearly Show ALL that Knew that the COURT ORDERED MOSES be Returned to Michael Allmain, yet Moses was not returned, they set Michael Allmain Up for a Crime, the Prosecuted him for that Crime, they took this homeless man’s best friend and emotional support dog, then charged him $26,000.
