FLUTTER PKGS MGR & OFFICIAL UNITY?

A Third Party Developer has been working with some of Canonical's development team to work on a new Flutter based package manager. Looks interesting! Also, the Developers for Ubuntu Unity has submitted a request to add their Disto to the Ubuntu Universe.
