So, I sometimes call these pork chops Connie Pork Chops for she (wife's sister) prepared some like this when we were all in Columbus Ohio. They were so good, I have replicated them many times. Just in case I am not making them as per her "liking" I call them Bicol Pork Chops,...Bicol is where my Sister in Law and the Little Lady are from in the Philippines.
