Do you need a roof repair or a roof replacement?

I see it all the time, someone has had their roof “repaired”. The only problem is that the repair made the roof non-compliant with code and probably voided any warranty on the roof. If your roofer is not trying to use compatible products on a roof repair and he is just slapping any old shingle up there that is a problem. It will wind up costing you more money and headache in the long run.
