No, I don't like them. When we think of healthful foods, they don't normally come to mind first. What a shame, because this fruit is loaded with health benefits that we can't ignore. Would it be harmful to consume them every day?

Aside from that, dates include a fair amount of sugar and calories, so they should be consumed with caution. Two dates a day will provide your body with all the health benefits it requires. There are numerous ways to enjoy this fruit, from serving it as an appetiser to munching on it between meals. Make sure to include additional fruits like apples, bananas, and pears in your diet if you want to improve dates' capacities. Just as long as you stay away from stress-inducing foods and exercise regularly, the rewards of your hard work will be doubled by dates.
