Liberty Conspiracy - Fed Judge Strikes Down TX Gun Ban For 18-21 Yr Olds 9-1-22

Possibly facilitated by the recent Supreme Court "NY Rifle and Pistol Association v Bruen" case in which the majority found that the state could not impose "necessity" restrictions on residents who want to carry firearms outside the home, a Federal District Judge in Texas has ruled against the TX age-based ban on what it terms adults under 21 (18 through and including 20).
