Phone Number

One of the things that I find missing on a lot of websites is really two things that are so basic. It's amazing. One is a phone number. Yes. A lot of people tell me, oh, I don't want my phone number online. Well, I'm here to tell you personally, I don't buy from any company that I can't call if I wanted to. How do you feel about that, Katrina? Yes. I agree. Stop it. Stop thinking that you shouldn't put your personal information on your website because we don't trust you if you don't have it there. We don't trust to buy from you or even give you our email address for a free thing. If we think you're some fly-by-night company. Right? And we can't get a hold of you. So you've got to be serious in your business. If you're going to sell stuff on your website too, you must have a physical address on your website. It can be a PO Box, but you have to have an address full address, and city-state, I want to know where you are in the world. Okay? As a consumer, as a visitor to your site, I want to know your email address, and I want to know your phone number, and I want to know how I can contact you.
