You have never cooked cabbage so tasty! I cook a brilliant cabbage recipe every day!
Ingredients
Cabbage 700g
Onion 1 piece
Carrots 1 piece
Sweet pepper 1 piece
Eggs 5 pieces
paprika 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Garlic 1 teaspoon
corn starch 1 tablespoon
Sunflower oil
Salt and pepper to your liking
1.Cut the onion into cubes.
2. Grind the carrots on the grater.
3. Cut the pepper with cubes.
4. Cut the cabbage finely.
5. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in sunflower oil and fry the onion for 1 minute.
6. Put pepper and carrots and fry until soft.
7. In chopped cabbage, we put it, paprika, turmeric, garlic, starch, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
8. Add to cabbage, onions, carrots, pepper, fried.
9. Beat eggs well and pour into cabbage and mix well.
10. We heat the pan, pour a little oil and pour the cabbage into a pan, cover with a lid and fry over low heat for 15 minutes.
11. We turn over and fry over low heat for 15.
Those who don't have a double pan can cover with a plate and turn over.
