Today has been one of those want to crawl back into bed days. And I didn't even know why.
Been there?
So, I knew I needed to move. Not pushing, not extreme. Just gently honoring my body & my emotions with movement.
Just to get back to feeling myself again.
When you're having one if those days, let your body move. Your body and mind will thank you. All those feel-good endorphins released by physical activity is exactly what you need.
Walk outside and breathe the fresh air
Stretch or gentle yoga
Dance or do whatever you enjoy.
Just get up and move.
