Putting up a show is bad for one's health, and I don't just mean how much effort it takes to balance the lies or how much you have to do to keep people from seeing the real death just below the surface. We've got instead a culture that spends it's time trying to "my grass in greener" each other. Word of advice? Water your own damn lawn.

Why would you want to keep up the effort of the lie when the truth sets you free. Why would you want to keep up the show when in the end playing "the game" only leads to death and ruin.
Large prayer boxes, massive crosses, great shows of "look at me" when churches should look more like hospitals where the broken are made well and the unwell are healed and made whole. Why would we put up a façade of BS when GOD sees us, the true, innermost us, and wants us to see HIM with the same kind of clarity, a gift from The SON to Know The FATHER. To see and be seen.
I mean how many pop-culture movies are talking about being really seen and how important it is but we miss that GOD sees us like that already and so we spend our lives chasing after false when REAL is right in front of us waiting to be seen all along. Turn to HIM and really see. Turn to HIM and really live. By laying down the belief systems (different kind of bs) and letting HIM define and tell you who you really are, o' child of GOD.
