Captain America has gone through a lot of changes over the last few years, not only in comics but movies as well. From making him a sleeper Hydra agent in the comics which was met with extensive fan backlash and was quickly retconned to getting old and retiring in the movies. Well it looks like they are at it again, but this time in the MCU. Apparently Captain America is to American and needs to distance himself from being America's first super solider. Why?
