Tucumcari to Phoenix | Class Bravo BUST | Low Altimeters

After a great lunch at Kix on 66 in Tucumcari, it’s time to make the 2 1/2 hour trip back home. During my clearance, I hear a term from ATC that I’ve never heard before. As we arrive in the Phoenix area, you'll hear a merciful approch controller handle a Mooney pilot as he flies though the class B arrivals with no clearance.
