I'm an amateur Team USA Triathlete who in the Sprint Distance. I’m also I high level Hyrox and spartan competitor as well, qualifying for the world championships in both of those events.

I want to give you a peek behind the curtain behind my training on a daily basis, and insight into why I'm doing what I'm doing. Hopefully I can inspire you along the way as well!

This is also day 246 out of 365 of the Go4TheGoldy Project; a commitment to workout at least once a day, every day of 2022.
