Let’s see what’s been happening in the world shall we? Nothing new really, we just hear about it more because we have access to smart devices and the internet. In the old days, the hack was not necessarily easier, but the technology has changed. What we are seeing now is just people trying to identify with something so they don’t feel alone. Being alone can be worse for some than having crappy friends.

That being said, more people can find more information, faster, due to the advancement of our communication tools. The downside to it is that there is no real skill needed to use these devices. All the programs are written for ease of use and sale, and the general population seems to love that, so they become, and stay, stagnant. This means my job is easier, and I can charge more.

When someone asks for a device to be exploited in order to see what they need to see to feel better about their life, find closure, or whatever the reason, they seem to think that it’s an easy process for the person doing the work because they seem to know how or do it all the time, so they inevitably offer less for the work to be done. It’s like asking a home builder to work for cheap because they build a lot of homes. I implore you to find someone cheap, that won’t rip you off. (AKA Nigerians, Indians, etc.)

The process behind each hack is different. Before anything can be done at all, a diagnosis must be had. Without knowing the target, there is nothing to attack. Next comes the payload. If your post hack isn’t on point, no matter what method you use will not bring that payload to life. Post exploitation is just as important as exploitation itself. It’s like aftercare for a wound.

Ultimately the client has paid the “hacker” to exploit and the work is done. Now what? The life of both of these individuals has been changed. Someone needs to pay for what they did to the other. Well retribution is a thing, so before you hire someone to handle business, make sure you are working with someone who cannot be bought by your target to retribute, AKA spend more money.

I guess the moral of this story is, stop expecting miracles for pennies on the dollar. Remember, our people are all criminals, thanks to our clients. We look forward to your business.
