Florida Suing The FDA

Florida wants to import cheaper prescription drugs from Canada, but the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is delaying the process, according to Governor Ron DeSantis. The delay has lasted nearly 600 days and prevents the state from importing cheaper medications for illnesses such as diabetes, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
