Igor Kostenko, a young boy from Zugres city, in the DPR, remembers the date, which became for him black. The 13th of August, 2014, was the day his father and 2-year-old sister, Anya, were killed. In total, 20 people fell victim that day to the shelling of the Ukrainian military.
