"Is YouTube Racist?" CoryxKenshin's beef with YouTube

CoryxKenshin recently posted on his YouTube channel footage of him playing Mortuary Assistant. His video ended up getting age restricted. He tried submitting challenges to the age restriction without any change. Finally, he talked to his representative who contacted the policy team. At the same time, Cory noticed that Markiplier's video didn't get age restricted. Eventually, they lifted the age restriction on Cory's video. (This would get changed again later to both Cory and Mark's video getting age restricted.) However, this brings up the question: "Is YouTube racist or playing favorites with the YouTube community?"
