Hey Blondie, Great show.....I am always into live foods and just love to eat Salads. I soak all my lettuces in water with a couple drops of a organic soap and put a few tablespoons of food grade 3% Hydrogen peroxide for a couple hours to get rid of all the Heeby Jeeby's. LOL Rinse and spin in my German made $200 salad spinner.
Rainbow Salads are the best, but love to put cucumbers, celery and carrots with home made croutons, little bit of diced cheddar cheese.
A salad is not the same without a salad dressing, all those bought ones are so so bad for us.
So I thought to share with you and your viewers my favorite salad dressing.
It is so good!!!!

Italian Dressing
Ingredients: Dry Mix
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Oregano
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
2 Tablespoons Himalayan Sea Salt

Put all ingredients in a small storage container and mix well.

To prepare the dressing whisk together 1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 2/3 Cup of Avocado Oil 2 Tablespoons of water and add 2 Tablespoons of the Dry mix.

I eat so much salad that I triple the amount of ingredients for the dry mix and store it in a sealed jar and make with the oil, vinegar and water when needed.

Thanks for posting your recipe, similar to my many concoctions. People should eat vinegar, its very cleansing. I like white balsamic , red & organic rice vinegar etc…depending on the salad you make. Grow your own herbs and dry them like oregano & rosemary it’s terrific. Thank you for taking the time to post your recipe, maybe I should post different ones occasionally?
