100/7 Drill:
Start Timer
Drop and take a 100 yards prone shot to the body
Get up and run to 75 yards and take a kneeling body shot
Get up and run to 50 yards and take kneeling body shot
Get up and run to 25 yards and take a standing body shot
Run to 7 yards and take a standing head shot
Run back to 100 yards line and repeat the sequence for a total of 10 cycles (50 rounds).
Par is 22 minutes with less than 5 rounds out of the vital ring or head while wearing full combat kit.
