Making guacamole today! Who likes Mexican?? Please try it and let me know if you like.

Ingredients List:
2 Avocados
2 Limes
1 Tomato
Coriander
1/4 Red onion or 1/2 shallot
Chilli
Salt and pepper

Steps (SO easy)
1. Slice avocado, scoop into bowl, mash with fork
2. Chop up tomatoes, onion, chilli, coriander and add to mashed avocado
3. Cut lime into wedges, squeeze into bowl
4. Add pepper and salt
5. Mix
6. Serve and enjoy
