For the Bonus Dungeon, you should first complete the normal quest but without killing the last boss (Everborn) and be around level 30

The Bonus Dungeon will give the best weapon in the game and the best armor in the game, but you will have to fight a boss harder than the last boss of the normal quest. You will also need to get a series of items and quests.
