Victoria White, or as I like to call her, Victory...because of what she has overcome and what she still deals with everyday because but pushes through because of her faith in Jesus Christ and her girls. This video goes out to her and the citizens of Washington D.C. We know there are more officers like this, and M5 News would like to investigate them as well. But it always starts at the top doesn't it? These officers that do this and get away with it should not be allowed to wear the badge within any law enforcement accross the U.S., but they should not be allow to carry a firearm as well.
