Saving Basil seeds is very easy to do once you know how. The whole process takes only a few minutes. When you are finished, you will have enough basil seeds to last for several years, at least. All you need to get started are some mature dry basil flower heads, a paper plate, a kitchen strainer, and an envelope to store you seeds in.
