is roblox fps unlocker a virus?

Today I investigate whether Roblox's FPS unlocker mod is a virus or safe to use on Windows.

By default Roblox has an FPS limit of 60 fps, this can be overcome using a third party mod such as axstin's Roblox FPS unlocker mod, which has been updated in 2021 and from my testing seems to be working and safe. As a disclaimer I cannot guarantee that this is allowed on Roblox, but from my testing it seems to be alright.
