A retired Kansas teacher has won $95,000 in a lawsuit against the county school district after they attempted to force her to mislead parents about a student’s gender identity, according to reports.

While the courts in Kansas are taking steps in the right direction, the Canadian government seems to be doing the opposite by launching Canada’s first “Federal 2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan.”
