What do you do to set your church media volunteers up for success?

Having a place where your volunteers can go for checklists, resources, tutorials, and workflows is vital to ensure everyone stays on the same page and has the tools to thrive in their positions.
We’ve created a template to do just that.

Each team member has a lot of tasks to perform before and during the service. And to ensure that things don't start falling through the cracks each week, we've developed a system to help us stay on top of every moving piece during a service. We also wanted a place for our team members to go for quick and helpful resources related to the job that they're doing. Now there are a lot of different ways to approach this, but this is what we've landed on. We use a project management and note-taking app called Notion for this.
