MB Gov still picking winners and losers

In this episode i go over the latest releases from the PC government in Manitoba. There are some positives FOR ONCE, but for the most part it's still picking and choosing winners, and forgetting about the losers, while patting themselves on the back acting like they are in it for ALL Manitobans
