My mom was admitted to the ER with stroke like symptoms and dehydration on the day she buried her husband of 65 years. My sisters and I were concerned she may have had a stroke given the signs she was exhibiting. She had a stroke 20 years ago and as a result suffered from aphasia. We wanted to rule out anything neurological since she was having trouble even getting a spoon to her mouth. On Saturday 12/13/21 we took her to the ER at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton, NC.
