Why Do Different Bullion Dealers Show Different Silver Spot Prices? SCAM?

In this video I talk about silver spot price and why different bullion dealers and coin shops post slightly different numbers when it comes to silver spot price. I show a few different bullion dealers and how the silver spot price fluctuates from site to site. I also talk about the technology that these dealers use to post the silver spot price on their website. I call out AMARK for posting higher silver spot prices on their retail websites and lower silver spot prices on their other websites. Silver spot price fluctuates throughout the day except between 5PM ET and 6PM ET every day as well as over the weekend between Friday at 5PM ET and Sunday at 6PM ET. The silver spot price is determined by the future contracts and is the price that raw silver can be purchased at by mints. Below is my video talking about how silver spot price is determined:
