2022_09_04_AM_Don't be a 'Wimp'

Pastor Mike likes 1 Kings 18 so much, that he preached it again this week - with a slightly different 'twist':

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 (KJV)

“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;” Mark 16:17 (KJV)

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 (KJV)

We need to be as Elijah and David: having no fear as we fight against 'impossible' odds ..
.. for the battle belongs to God, and nothing is 'impossible' for Him.
