Chapter 13 begins with Joseph and Castellanos groggily getting up from Chapter 12’s bus crash. The bus itself plummets to the ground below as they observe Krimson City’s destruction. We explore the building for a way down and run into a transport-mirror hanging on the wall.

Taking it back to the Beacon Hospital, we upgrade our max health and sniper rifle damage — small upgrades just because we had the opportunity. Back in the building, we find there are no easy ways down. There is, however, an elevator hanging by a thread in one of the rooms.

We shoot the support thread, and the elevator begins sliding down. Castellanos jumps on it and successfully hops off at a lower level before it crashes to the ground below. Joseph is now stuck above, and he says he will find a way around and meet us at a lower level......
