The Evil Within Chapter 11: Reunion, takes place in the city. This creates a really nice change of pace from the previous chapters. There is also a feeling that there is much more shooting going on. Stone statues that give keys are positioned at the funniest locations. Don’t even get me started about the new type of weapon that one-shot kills monsters and about meeting new types of enemies.

After the painstaking boss battles of Chapter 10, this chapter is a nice and easy refresher. We begin with some elevator trouble our elevator stops and falls several stories, leaving Castellanos to force his way out and into a pool of water. We are back in Krimson City, and the whole place is rising and falling over itself.

As we climb out of the water, we’re immediately prompted to look towards the asylum from our vantage point. We see it from an extreme long shot over Castellanos’ shoulder. It’s the only thing left untouched in the city, he says. Following this remark, we venture into the city, dodging falling debris and watching as the earth’s crust rises and falls like it’s alive.

Inside one building, we find a new weapon a Magnum pistol. Next, we come to an old construction site, puzzled off by chain-link fences and shipping crates, where we meet several of the Haunted....
