Due to rising energy costs, fertilizer plants are closing in Europe. However there is no actual shortage of food or fertilizer on the market - there is only limited access to it for the European consumer.

The intention is to harm the Russian economy - but whom is it harming in practice? There is a large non-Western market for both grain and fertilizer.
