I Can't Use my Two Arms After Surgery :(

In a bit of a pickle here post surgery and I can't use my two arms!

This is all after I got pec tear surgery the second time. I am not allowed to lift more than 5-10 lbs with a PICC Line in, and with the other arm having a surgery scar that is ripping open if I use the shoulder, I am in a rough position! It is difficult, but it can always be worse.
